An agreement has been signed between Tianjin Huaxing, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CONCORD NE (00182), and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division (CSCEC8) on May 8, 2026. Under the procurement contract, Tianjin Huaxing will pay approximately RMB 198 million to CSCEC8 for the purchase of solar power generation equipment. The equipment includes photovoltaic modules, inverters, mounting structures, electrical components, and other related materials. This equipment is designated for the group's 120-megawatt solar power project located in Huaian City, Jiangsu Province, China. The construction of solar power plants in China falls within the group's ordinary and general business scope. The procurement contract terms were evaluated through a public tender process. The company's board of directors considers the terms of the contract to be fair and reasonable, based on normal commercial conditions, and in the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.
