The board is encouraging shareholders to access the reports online as part of a broader move toward digital-first communications. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed materials will receive hard copies with this notice. Those who experience difficulties with electronic access—or who prefer printed documents for future communications—can complete and return the enclosed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, using the prepaid mailing label or via email at 8247-ecom@vistra.com. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon request.
