长沙远大住宅工业集团股份有限公司（“远大住工”，02163）于2026年3月5日发布2026年2月股份变动月报。报告期为2026年2月1日至2月28日。
根据公告，至2月底，公司H股已发行股份数量保持在309,814,400股，内资股已发行股份数量维持177,825,000股，两类股份分别无新增发行、购回或注销行为。公司注册股本总额为人民币487,639,400元，较上月底无变化。
当月公司无股份期权、可换股票据或其他股份激励计划的变动信息披露，报告内亦未发现购回或注销活动，股本结构整体维持稳定。公司同时确认符合香港联交所规定的最低公众持股量要求。
