Sandmartin Intl Nearly Doubles Issued Share Base to 245.39 Million, Confirms Adequate Public Float

Sandmartin International Holdings Limited disclosed a substantial expansion of its equity base in its Monthly Return for May 2026, filed to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 4 June 2026.

The company’s issued ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) surged by 122.35 million during May, climbing 99.44 % from 123.04 million to 245.39 million shares. No treasury shares were held at either month-end, keeping total issued shares in line with outstanding shares.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion.

Sandmartin Intl confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % as at 31 May 2026. The filing also noted that there were no movements involving share option schemes, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-issuing arrangements during the month.

The return was submitted by Company Secretary Ms. Tung Wing Yee Winnie, affirming that all regulatory and listing-rule obligations related to the share issuance have been satisfied.
