蓝思科技股份有限公司于2026年6月2日披露截至2026年5月31日的股份变动月报表。报告期内，公司H股与A股均无新增发行、购回、注销或库存股数量变化，股本整体保持稳定。
具体来看，H股部分上月底及本月底结存均为301,595,200股，未见增减；A股部分上月底及本月底结存均为4,977,145,670股，其中已发行股份（不含库存股份）数量始终为4,960,031,738股，库存股份则维持在17,113,932股。不涉及任何股份期权、可换股票据或其他权益激励计划的变动。
本月底公司已发行股份总数为5,278,740,870股，与上月底保持一致。公司同时确认符合香港联交所《上市规则》对公众持股量的相关要求。
