康宁杰瑞制药-B（股票代码：09966）于2026年9月17日发布公告称，当日公司在香港联交所场内回购普通股124,000股，占当日回购前已发行股本的约0.0128%。本次回购每股价格介乎7.68港元至7.87港元，总金额约96.31万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数为966,853,697股，库存股份数为7,528,000股，已发行股份总数维持974,381,697股不变。此前于2026年6月12日，公司相关购回授权已获股东大会批准，可回购股份的总数为96,850,669股，截至目前累计已回购1,653,000股。
公司确认，本次回购行为已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法规。上述公告由执行董事徐霆签署。
