Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited (422) announced the resignation of Executive Director and Board Chairperson, Mr. Liu Wu Hsiung, effective 10 February 2026. He also stepped down from the remuneration committee, the nomination committee, and ceased to serve as an authorized representative. According to the announcement, Mr. Liu’s departure arises from his decision to focus on other pursuits.

The company concurrently confirmed the appointment of Ms. Yeh Huei Fen as Executive Director, Chairperson of the Board, member of the remuneration committee, and its authorized representative, effective 10 February 2026. Ms. Yeh previously served in departments related to accounting, information technology, and audit at Sanyang Motor Co., Ltd. (2206), which is noted as the ultimate controlling shareholder. She brings over 30 years of corporate internal audit and managerial experience. The announcement specifies that Ms. Yeh’s three-year service contract commences on 10 February 2026 with an annual remuneration of US$45,500, subject to the board’s review and the company’s remuneration practices.

In addition, the company reported changes to the nomination committee, effective 10 February 2026. Ms. Lin Ching Ching has been appointed as chairperson of the committee, while Mr. Chen Hsu Pin has joined the committee as a new member.
