Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (the “Company”) released its audited final results for the year ended 31 December 2025. According to the announcement, the Company’s volumes reached 79,658 thousand hectoliters, a 6.0% decrease. Revenue totaled 5,764 million USD, a 6.1% decline, with revenue per hectoliter down 0.2%.

Normalized EBITDA stood at 1,588 million USD, reflecting a 9.8% decrease compared to the previous year. Normalized profit attributable to equity holders decreased to 666 million USD, down from 778 million USD in FY24. Basic earnings per share declined from 5.51 cents USD to 3.70 cents USD, while normalized earnings per share were 5.04 cents USD. The normalized effective tax rate improved to 33.8%.

The Board announced a recommendation to distribute a final dividend of 5.66 cents USD per share for FY25, subject to approval at the upcoming 2026 annual general meeting. If approved, the final dividend is expected to be paid on or before 30 June 2026. Shareholders on the principal register in the Cayman Islands will receive the dividend in US dollars, while those on the Hong Kong register will automatically receive it in Hong Kong dollars, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate on the date of the annual general meeting.
