绿城服务（02869）于2026年10月12日通过港交所场内回购股份。根据公司当日提交的翌日披露报表，回购股份总数为232,000股，占此次回购前已发行股本（不含库存股份）约0.0075%。本次回购的每股价格介于4.14港元至4.185港元之间，合计耗资约96.79万港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）从3,111,381,487股降至3,111,149,487股，库存股份数量为45,580,000股，合计已发行股本和库存股份数量仍为3,156,729,487股。公司此前于2026年6月18日通过购回授权，本次回购后已根据该授权累计回购23,052,000股，占授权通过当日已发行股本总数约0.7361%。根据公告内容，下一次回购后新股发行或再次出售库存股份的暂止期至2026年11月11日。
公司表示，相关交易均获得董事会正式批准，并符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则和适用法律法规的要求。公告由董事杨掌法签署。
