Feiyu Technology International Company Ltd. (FEIYU) released a notice on 27 April 2026 reminding non-registered shareholders of its transition to electronic dissemination of corporate communications, a policy first announced on 23 February 2024.

Under the arrangement, all future documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be published in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.feiyuhk.com) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed versions will no longer be distributed automatically.

FEIYU reported that it has not yet received valid email addresses from intermediaries holding shares on behalf of certain investors. Shareholders whose holdings are maintained through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide their email details to these intermediaries to ensure timely receipt of electronic communications.

Investors preferring hard copies can submit a completed reply form to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, or send an email request—including name and address details—to feiyu.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

Enquiries regarding the new distribution method can be directed to the share registrar at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00-18:00, Monday to Friday, Hong Kong time, excluding public holidays).
