In front of a cold storage facility at a meat product manufacturer in Qixia District, enforcement officers used thermometers and hygrometers to meticulously check purchase records and storage conditions. This is a typical scene during the district's special campaign against counterfeit meat products. High summer temperatures significantly increase the risk of meat spoilage. The Qixia District Bureau has placed the entire chain of meat production, sales, and catering under a "high-temperature special care" list. The district has 18 meat product manufacturers and 22 small processing workshops. Enforcement officers have conducted extensive inspections, focusing on key areas such as purchase verification, storage conditions, and processing operations. So far, they have inspected 1,505 different meat product production and sales entities. An officer explained that for issues like inadequate purchase verification, incomplete documentation, and improper meat storage uncovered during inspections, the bureau has established lists of problems, responsibilities, and corrective actions. The Qixia District Bureau has simultaneously launched a special campaign for alcoholic beverages, focusing on both sales and catering sectors with comprehensive inspections of all alcohol-selling businesses. Officers are primarily verifying business licenses, purchase records, and documentation, strictly cracking down on the sale of substandard alcohol and unlicensed operations. Since the campaign began, they have inspected 1,265 alcohol-selling entities, prompting the rectification of 563 hazards such as non-standard purchase verification and improper storage. They have also completed 21 rounds of random alcohol sampling, achieving a 100% pass rate. Given the "large volume and diverse sources" of summer alcohol consumption, the bureau has actively utilized multiple channels, including complaint hotlines, daily patrols, and public tip-offs, to precisely identify illegal activities in the alcohol market. They are committed to investigating and prosecuting illegal cases swiftly and strictly to create a strong deterrent. The special campaign has collected 27 leads, leading to the filing of 7 cases with a total value of 1,707.95 yuan. This targeted enforcement has effectively curbed illegal business practices in the alcohol market. On June 1st, the new regulations on the supervision and management of food safety responsibilities for online meal delivery service operators took effect, marking a new phase of full-chain, penetrating oversight for the delivery industry. Facing a large number of online meal delivery operators in its jurisdiction, the Qixia District Bureau has vigorously promoted an "Internet + AI supervision" platform to tackle regulatory challenges. The platform uses online video identification and backend data analysis to monitor operations. The AI system can automatically detect violations such as workers not wearing masks or hats, smoking during work, overflowing trash, and the presence of pests. When problems are identified, the system automatically captures and stores evidence and sends real-time risk alerts, enabling non-stop, off-site supervision and significantly improving regulatory efficiency. The Qixia District has established a "Red and Black List" system for online meal delivery, having published 5 lists. To date, riders have provided 18 valid leads through the "Snapshot" system, all of which have been verified, resulting in 2 cases being filed for enforcement.
