港股半导体股拉升，截至发稿，贝克微涨超8%，中芯国际、晶门半导体涨近5%，华虹半导体涨3%。
消息上，中国外交部发言人7日宣布，应英国政府邀请，中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理何立峰将于6月8日至13日访问英国。其间，将与美方举行中美经贸磋商机制首次会议。美国财政部长贝森特、商务部长卢特尼克和贸易代表格里尔将于9日与中方代表在伦敦举行会谈。
美国有线电视新闻网(CNN)称，由于美国商务部下属的美国工业与安全局负责监督出口管制，美国对中国的技术出口限制可能会成为这轮磋商的重要议题。有分析称，美国技术出口管制“或不再是一个不可谈判的领域”。此前，美国持续出台芯片出口禁令。
