Zhisheng Group Holdings (08370) has announced that, in connection with (among other things): (i) the group's acquisition of land use rights over a plot of land with an area of approximately 50,000 square meters in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China, for the construction of its own data center; and (ii) the group (through a company controlled by Mr. Lai Ningning, an executive director and substantial shareholder of the company) having received, on August 7, 2026, a letter of award from a leading social platform company in respect of the provision of data center services with an aggregate processing capacity of approximately 500 megawatts at the data center to be built by the group on that land, of which approximately 180 megawatts are expected to be delivered in batches starting around May 2027.

In addition to the approximately 180 megawatts mentioned above, the group is pleased to announce that, through the project company, it received an order from the same customer on September 29, 2026, for the delivery of 120 megawatts in two batches, comprising 60 megawatts each to be delivered in the first quarter and the second quarter of 2028 respectively, subject to the finalization of certain terms and conditions.
