CT Vision Shareholder Deposits Stock into Emperor Securities Hong Kong, Valued at HK$30.15 Million

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on February 11, a shareholder of CT Vision deposited shares into Emperor Securities Hong Kong, with a market value of HK$30.15 million, accounting for 8.10% of the total. Previously, CT Vision announced that on January 29, 2026, the company proposed to grant 50 million share options to five grantees under a share option plan, allowing them to subscribe for ordinary shares with a face value of HK$0.01 each, subject to acceptance by the grantees.
