中国旺旺控股有限公司（00151）于2026年7月17日发布翌日披露报表，披露多笔股份购回及已发行股本变动情况。
公告显示，公司已于同日注销2026年7月2日至7月14日期间回购的合计8,577,000股普通股，注销前公司已发行股本为11,801,671,135股，注销后降至11,793,094,135股；库藏股份数目保持为0股。
另于2026年7月17日，公司在香港联交所场内回购740,000股普通股，占现有已发行股本约0.0063%，回购价格区间为每股港币3.40元至3.45元，合计支付2,535,910港元（约253.59万元）。公告同时披露，截至期终结存日期尚有2026年7月15日至7月17日期间购回且尚未注销的合计2,140,000股股份。
根据公告，回购授权于2025年8月26日获得股东大会通过，授权回购股份总数为1,180,307,113股；公司目前已累计于包括香港联交所在内的市场合计回购12,117,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本总数的0.1027%。本次股份购回后，公司适用的暂止期截至2026年8月16日。公司同时确认，已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
