Emperor Int’l Reports No Share Capital Movement in June 2026; Public Float Remains Adequate

Emperor International Holdings Limited (Emperor Int’l) submitted its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer covering the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming stable share capital structure and compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 500.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 5.00 billion. • Issued share count remained at 5.52 billion ordinary shares. No treasury shares were held or cancelled, and no new shares were issued during the month.

Share Option Position • The share option scheme adopted on 19 September 2023 recorded zero options outstanding or exercised in June. • The maximum number of shares that could be issued under the scheme stood at 367.75 million, representing 6.67% of current issued shares.

Public Float Compliance • As at 30 June 2026 the company confirmed adherence to the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold.

Capital Stability • No warrants, convertible securities, or other share issuance arrangements were outstanding or exercised. • Aggregate movements in issued shares and treasury shares during the month were nil, underscoring a stable capital base.

Administrative Confirmation Company Secretary Fung Pui Ling affirmed that all regulatory filings and listing rule requirements related to securities matters have been duly satisfied.
