China Ting Reports No Share Capital Changes in July 2026 Monthly Return

China Ting Group Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stood at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion. Issued share capital was steady at 2.10 billion ordinary shares, while treasury shares remained at zero.

China Ting also affirmed full compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s 25 per cent minimum public float requirement, indicating no concentration risk in its shareholding structure.

No movements were recorded in share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked agreements, underscoring a period of capital stability. The filing, submitted on 3 August 2026, was authorised by Company Secretary Raymond Cheng.
