JF SmartInvest repurchases 102,700 shares, treasury stock rises to 1.23 million

JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd disclosed a share buyback conducted on 21 April 2026, purchasing 102,700 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 29.06 and HKD 29.78. The transaction cost HKD 3.02 million, translating to a volume-weighted average price of approximately HKD 29.40 per share.

Following the repurchase, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined from 467.23 million to 467.13 million, a reduction of 0.022%. Treasury shares increased to 1.23 million, while total issued shares remained at 468.36 million prior to any cancellation.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 20 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 44.84 million shares. Including the latest transaction, JF SmartInvest has repurchased 1.23 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.27% of the share count at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 21 May 2026.
