According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 21st, a shareholder of JIMU GROUP transferred shares from Gagoda Securities Group to Cheong Lee Securities. The transferred portfolio had a market value of HK$8.66 million, accounting for 9.52% of the holdings. JIMU GROUP announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group reported revenue of HK$30.845 million, a year-on-year increase of 174.13%. The annual loss was HK$5.843 million, a decrease of 44.56% compared to the previous year. The loss per share was HK$0.04. The announcement stated that the reduction in the annual loss was primarily due to increased revenue, impairment losses under the expected credit loss model, and gains from the sale of subsidiaries during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
