2026年8月13日，卓正医疗控股有限公司（02677）发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月业绩。期内，公司实现收入5.96亿元，同比增长17.0%；毛利1.62亿元，同比增长40.5%；毛利率由22.7%提升至27.3%。
公司实现净利润0.83亿元，较上年同期增长10.5%。扣除可转换可赎回优先股公允价值收益及上市开支后，非国际财务报告准则经调整净利润为2,840.2万元，上年同期为亏损56.9万元；经调整净利润同比大增5,091.6%。经调整经营利润为3,880.8万元，同比增长937.6%；经调整EBITDA为1.04亿元，同比增长45.5%。
分业务看，实体医疗服务收入5.50亿元，同比增长17.6%，占总收入92.3%；线上医疗服务收入1,199.3万元，占比2.0%；会员计划收入1,146.8万元，占比1.9%；院外医疗服务收入1,754.3万元，占比2.9%。
经营效率持续改善。报告期内，公司经营活动所得现金净额6,516万元，同比增长18.0%；现金及现金等价物余额2.92亿元，初始期限三个月以上的定期存款1.70亿元。
截至2026年6月30日，卓正医疗在中国内地运营18家多专科服务网点，其中一站式健康服务中心型网点4家，初始标准网点14家；有效会员数124,156户家庭，会员收入占比78.8%。
公司表示，未来将加快初始标准网点升级，推进健康订阅服务试点，并依托多专科数据及场景优势开发个性化AI健康助理。
