株洲中车时代电气股份有限公司（香港联交所主板代码03898，以下简称“时代电气”）于2026年4月29日公告，已在香港联合交易所场内回购普通股合计1,999,000股，约占已发行股本的0.4088%。最高回购价为每股港币36.7元，最低回购价为每股港币35.1元，总耗资约港币7249.37万元。
本次回购完成后，时代电气已发行股本维持在489,040,900股，库藏股数量为0股。根据公告，回购授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会通过，授权总额为48,904,090股。截至目前，公司已累计回购股数累计达7,362,000股，占授权时已发行股本约1.5054%。
时代电气确认，本次股份购回已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的要求。公告由联席公司秘书梁皚欣签署。
