中通快递（开曼）有限公司（中通快递-W，股份代号：02057）于2026年9月16日发布翌日披露报告，宣布于美国时间2026年9月15日在纽约证券交易所回购497,311股美国存托股份（对应49.73万股A类普通股），占公司已发行股份总数763,430,906股（其中A类普通股557,330,906股、B类普通股206,100,000股）的约0.07%。
本次回购价格区间为每股20.44美元至20.75美元，合计支付约1,022.19万美元。回购股份目前尚未注销，公司A类普通股股数仍为557,330,906股，库藏股数量为零。根据股东于2026年6月16日通过的购回授权，公司可回购最多76,599,956股，截至本次交易后，公司已合计回购9,711,004股，约占授权时已发行股份数目的1.2678%。
公司确认本次股份回购已经董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由联席公司秘书李送霏签署。
