F&N to underwrite Comvita’s NZ$30 million entitlement offer

Fraser and Neave, Limited announced on Apr, 15 2026 that its wholly owned unit, F&N Ventures Pte. Ltd., has agreed to underwrite Comvita Limited’s planned ~NZ$30 million entitlement offer on the New Zealand Stock Exchange.

F&N will subscribe for any shares not taken up by existing Comvita shareholders at NZ$0.65 per share, capped at a 19.99% stake. If its holding remains below that level, Comvita will conduct a top-up placement to F&N at NZ$0.80 per share.

The total commitment is estimated at up to NZ$20.10 million, and completion is targeted for May, 18 2026. F&N said the transaction is not expected to materially affect its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the fiscal year ending Sep, 30 2026 and remains subject to customary conditions.
