PCRD AGM backs 0.035 Singapore dollar dividend and renews mandates

Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited held its 62nd annual general meeting on Apr, 16 2026 in Singapore.

Shareholders adopted the FY-2025 Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements, which showed a group net asset value of about 6.4 million Singapore dollars as at Dec, 31 2025.

The meeting approved a tax-exempt final dividend of 0.035 Singapore dollars per ordinary share.

Executive Chairman Richard Li Tzar Kai, Lead Independent Director Christopher John Fossick and Independent Director Clara Tiong Siew Ee were re-elected to the board.

Fees of 233,160 Singapore dollars for the directors were endorsed, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was re-appointed as external auditor.

Shareholders renewed three mandates: 1. Authority for the board to issue new shares and convertible securities up to 50 per cent of issued capital (20 per cent on a non-pro-rata basis). 2. A shareholders’ mandate for interested person transactions. 3. A share purchase mandate allowing the company to buy back up to 10 per cent of its shares.

All eight resolutions were carried, with the dividend resolution receiving 100 per cent support and the lowest level of support at 91.74 per cent for the interested person transactions mandate.
