WuXi XDC Adds 0.26 Million Shares in June; Public Float Meets HKEX Requirement

WuXi XDC Cayman Inc. (WUXI XDC) filed its Monthly Return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 June 2026, detailing minor changes in share capital driven exclusively by the exercise of employee stock options.

Key highlights

• Authorised share capital unchanged Authorised capital remains at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005 each, equivalent to USD 0.50 million in aggregate.

• Issued shares edge up 0.02% Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) increased by 255,049 to 1.262 billion. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the month.

• Share option exercises fuel new issuance – All new shares arose from the exercise of options under the 2021 and 2023 Pre-IPO Share Option Schemes. – Exercises totalled 255,049 shares, raising RMB 0.77 million in cash proceeds. – Post-exercise, 76.29 million options remain outstanding across seven option grants. – The 2024 Share Scheme still carries authority to issue up to 15.14 million shares; no shares were issued under this scheme in June.

• Public float compliant The company confirmed that public float exceeded the 16.47% minimum required by HKEX Main Board Rule 13.32B as of 30 June 2026.

WuXi XDC submitted the return on 2 July 2026. No warrants, convertibles, treasury share movements, or other equity instruments were reported for the month.
