公告显示，凡有意在记录日期获得保证权利的第一太平股东，须于2025年12月11日下午4时30分前，将填写完备的过户表格和股票送达公司香港分处的过户登记处香港中央证券登记有限公司。根据安排，附带保证权利的股份最后交易日为2025年12月9日，而自2025年12月10日起交易的股份则不再附带该项权利。公司表示，于2025年12月12日名列股东名册者均可收取该保证权利。
