本次交易完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股）变动为4,480,932,324股，库存股数量增至41,400,000股，合计股本总数仍为4,522,332,324股。回购授权最初于2025年5月27日获股东大会通过，授权数量为451,560,392股，截至目前公司已根据该授权累计回购34,751,600股，占授权通过时已发行股本的7.6959%。
公司同时确认，本次回购行为符合香港联交所《主板上市规则》以及相关法律法规的规定与要求。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
