Cleantech Holdings (ZERO2IPO) announced that on October 15, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Cleantech Hong Kong, has subscribed to a financial product amounting to $1.2 million issued by Fosun. Prior to this latest subscription, Cleantech Hong Kong had subscribed to several financial products offered by Fosun, with an outstanding principal amount of $3.5 million yet to be redeemed as of the date of this announcement.
