InvesTech Holdings Limited (01087) reported that, as of January 31, 2026, the total authorized share capital remained at 5 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01 each. The total registered share capital therefore stood at USD 50 million, unchanged from the previous month.
The number of issued ordinary shares also remained at 199,888,000 without any treasury shares. The company confirmed that the 25% public float requirement was duly met as of the end of January. Regarding its share option scheme adopted on October 25, 2010, 396,000 share options at an exercise price of HKD 34 stayed outstanding with no exercises or issuances recorded for the month.
