Live streaming revenue rose 3.5% quarter-over-quarter to $388 million, marking two consecutive quarters of growth. Meanwhile, advertising technology platform BIGO Ads saw accelerated growth, with revenue climbing 33.1% year-over-year and 19.7% sequentially to $104 million.
Under non-GAAP measures, JOYY's operating profit increased 16.6% year-over-year and 6.1% quarter-over-quarter to $41 million. EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) rose 16.8% year-over-year and 4.9% sequentially to $51 million.
The company generated $73 million in operating cash flow for Q3, and as of September 30, its net cash position stood at $3.32 billion.
