中庆环境股份有限公司（“公司”）于2026年3月2日发布了截至2026年2月28日的股份变动月报表。公告显示，公司法定注册股本继续维持30,000,000,000股，面值每股港元0.000333333333，登记股本总额为港元10,000,000，无变动。
