2026年9月18日，归创通桥(02190)发布公告称，当日于香港联合交易所场内回购55,000股H股，占公司当日现有已发行股本（不含库存股份）约0.0166%。本次回购的价格介于每股20.62港元至21.04港元，总计耗资约113.93万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本由回购前的322,710,613股变更为322,655,613股；库存股份由13,640,131股增至13,695,131股，合并后公司股份总数仍为336,350,744股。公司已于2026年5月13日通过相关回购授权，最多可回购32,715,311股，截至目前已回购股份总数为4,798,500股，占该授权通过当日已发行股本的约1.4327%。公司同时披露，根据相关上市规则规定，本次回购后至2026年10月18日为暂止期，公司将不会进行新股发行或处置库存股份。
公司强调，本次回购已获得董事会正式授权并遵守了《香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则》等所有适用法律法规的要求。公告由董事赵中签署。
