Swire Pacific MTN Financing (HK) Limited, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Swire Pacific Limited (Stock Codes: 00019 and 00087), announced a U.S.$5,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme (the “Programme”). According to the offering circular dated 17th October 2025, the Programme allows the issuance of notes to professional investors (as defined in Chapter 37 of the Listing Rules) during a 12-month period after 17th October 2025. An application has been made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for the listing of the Programme, which is expected to become effective on 20th October 2025. The date of this announcement is 17th October 20252.

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc serve as Joint Arrangers. The directors of Swire Pacific MTN Financing (HK) Limited are Andrew Clarke, David Cogman, Martin Murray, and Ian Ngai.
