万华媒体（00426）8月13日晚间公告称，现年执行董事、副主席张裘昌先生因荣休原因，将于2026年8月13日举行的公司股东周年大会上不再寻求连任，并自当日起卸任执行董事、副主席、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员，以及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则下的公司授权代表职务。\n\n董事会同时宣布，现年41岁的张怡嘉女士将自2026年8月14日起获委任为执行董事、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员，以及公司授权代表。她现任世界华文媒体有限公司执行董事，负责集团数字化转型及人工智能策略与发展，并曾牵头建立联合AI内容创新平台。张怡嘉女士拥有澳大利亚墨尔本大学商业学学士及文学士学位。\n\n根据已签订的委任函，张怡嘉女士的任期自2026年8月14日至2029年3月31日，并须按公司章程细则在股东周年大会上轮值退任及膺选连任。她每年将获董事会厘定的薪酬13万港元。公告显示，张怡嘉女士目前并未持有公司股份或相关权益。\n\n公司董事会对张裘昌先生的贡献表示感谢，并对张怡嘉女士的加入表示欢迎。
