神州控股（00861）7月23日發布海外監管公告稱，將向臺灣存託憑證（TDR）持有人發放截至2025年12月31日止財年的末期股息。公司決定每股普通股派發現金股利0.036港元，換算至每單位TDR（代表0.5股普通股）為0.018港元。\n\n公告援引2026年7月23日港幣兌新臺幣匯率1:4.086計算，每股現金股利折合新臺幣約0.147096元，相應每單位TDR折合新臺幣約0.073548元。\n\n截至公告日，神州控股TDR發行總量為33,726,976單位。本次現金股利合計派發607,085.57港元，折合新臺幣約248.06萬元。相關款項將於2026年8月4日（民國115年08月04日）透過股務代理人宏遠證券股份有限公司辦理轉帳匯款及掛號郵寄支票發放。\n\n依存託契約規定，每單位TDR現金股利須扣除香港CCASS股利撥轉費用、1%存託費用及匯款或郵寄費用等支出，最終入帳金額以實際發放為準。
