Effective January 9, 2026, NWDS CHINA (00825) announced the following board changes: (1) Mr. Zhang Huire has resigned from his positions as Chairman, Executive Director, and Authorized Representative, and has stepped down from his memberships on the Executive Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee.

(2) Dr. Cheng Kar-Shun has been appointed as Chairman, Executive Director, and a member of the Executive Committee.

(3) Ms. Huang Shaomei has been appointed as Vice Chairman, Executive Director, and Chairman of the Executive Committee.

(4) Executive Director Ms. Xie Huifang has stepped down as Chairman of the Executive Committee but will continue to serve as a member of the committee.

(5) Executive Directors Ms. Zhao Huixian and Mr. Chen Yaohao have been appointed as members of the Nomination Committee.

(6) Executive Directors Mr. Liu Fuqiang and Mr. Chen Yaohao have been appointed as members of the Remuneration Committee.

(7) Mr. Liu Fuqiang has been appointed as an Authorized Representative.
