光荣建筑控股有限公司（09998）9月14日在港交所公告，基于对截至2026年6月30日止年度未经过审综合管理账目的初步审阅以及目前可得资料，公司预计期内录得本公司拥有人应占纯利约19.8百万元新加坡元；而上一财年（截至2025年6月30日止年度）对应数据约为12.8百万元新加坡元。
董事会指出，利润预期增加主要归因于年内在建建筑项目成本效益的提升。尽管全球油价波动带来成本压力，但集团通过实施更严格的施工现场成本监控及采购措施，实现了有效的成本控制，从而减轻了投入成本上升对在建项目的不利影响。
公司强调，上述数据基于未经过审的管理账目，相关财务资料尚未经过核数师及审计委员会审核，最终经审计的年度业绩或与本公告披露的资料存在差异。公司计划于2026年9月24日公布截至2026年6月30日止年度的经审核财务业绩。
