The Company announced key operating statistics for the three months ended 3Q 2025, covering its container shipping, bulk & tanker and logistics segments.

Container shipping volume rose to 503 thousand twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU), up from 486 thousand in 2Q 2025 and 500 thousand in 3Q 2024. Average revenue per TEU declined to USD 252, compared with USD 287 in the preceding quarter and USD 263 a year earlier, amid what the Company described as a volatile market environment.

In the bulk & tanker division, the fleet size remained at eight vessels, while employment days increased to 671 from 561 in 2Q 2025 and 607 in 3Q 2024. All vessels were on charter; however, the Company noted that operating margin was pressured by ongoing operational challenges and elevated dry-docking costs for certain vessels.

Within the logistics segment, storage occupancy reached 173.1 thousand pallet positions, up from 153.4 thousand in 2Q 2025 but slightly below 175.8 thousand in 3Q 2024. Volume handled climbed to 627.5 thousand pallet equivalents, compared with 475.3 thousand in the prior quarter and 560.1 thousand in the same period last year, supported by increased activity in the Company’s 4PL and 3PL businesses.
