Precious Metals, Oil, and Cryptocurrencies Experience Broad-Based Declines

Today saw declines across a range of key asset classes including precious metals, oil, and major cryptocurrencies.

Market data indicates Bitcoin fell to $60,750.7, representing a drop of 5.34% over the past 24 hours. Similarly, Ethereum declined to $1,615.05, marking a 9.51% decrease over the same period.

The sell-off extended to precious metals, with spot silver dropping as much as 5% intraday to $69.99 per ounce. Spot gold also fell, losing 2.15% to trade at $4,378.91 per ounce.

In the energy sector, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures saw their losses widen to 2%, with prices reaching $90.967 per barrel.
