CTF SERVICES (00659) announced that regarding the issuance of HK$2.218 billion 0.75% exchangeable bonds due 2028, all preconditions stipulated in the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and the subscription and issuance of the bonds were completed on October 3, 2025. The bonds have been listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange on October 3, 2025.
