乙德投资控股有限公司（06182）16日公告称，已于2026年3月9日收到香港联合交易所有限公司发出的复牌指引，主要包括两项要求：一是恢复符合上市规则第13.32B条规定的最低公众持股量，二是向市场披露所有重要资料，以便股东及投资者评估公司状况。 \n\n 根据上市规则第6.01A(1)条，如公司股份连续停牌达18个月仍未完成复牌指引，港交所有权将其除牌。以乙德投资控股的停牌起始时间2025年12月17日计算，最后期限为2027年6月16日。港交所同时指出，若情况有变，复牌指引可予以修订或补充；在特定情况下，亦可给予更短的补救期限或立即撤销上市地位。 \n\n 为恢复公众持股量，公司此前已与要约人及金利丰证券有限公司签订配售减持协议，并于2026年3月12日签署补充协议，将完成条件的最后日期延长至2026年3月31日。公司预计配售减持将于该日期或之前完成。 \n\n 自2025年12月17日早上9时起，公司股份已在联交所暂停买卖，并将继续停牌直至另行通知。公司表示，将自停牌之日起每三个月发布一次季度进展更新，并在适当时候刊发进一步公告，通报遵守复牌指引的最新情况。
