Beijing Digital Telecom Co., Ltd. (BJ DIGITAL) notified registered shareholders on 30 April 2026 that it has adopted a full electronic dissemination model for all corporate communications, in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s expanded paper-less listing regime that took effect on 31 December 2023.
Future documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.dixintong.com) and on HKExnews (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing routine hard-copy distribution. Shareholders may also sign up for HKExnews’ free News Alert service for release notifications.
To receive Actionable Corporate Communications by email, shareholders are asked to submit a functional email address. This can be done by scanning the personalized QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the signed form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
If no email address is provided, the company will continue to send Actionable Corporate Communications in printed form until electronic contact details are supplied. Once an email address is registered, BJ DIGITAL will consider its Listing Rules obligations fulfilled upon successful electronic transmission unless a “non-delivery” message is received.
Shareholders who prefer hard copies of all future corporate communications may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing bdt.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name, address and request. This instruction remains valid for one year from the date of receipt.
The notice was issued by Chairwoman Xu Jili on behalf of the Board.
