韩国科学技术信息通信部近日宣布，将全面升级国家数字安全体系，重点强化核心密钥管理规范，并建立实时监测与拦截非授权电子凭证的新型防御系统。该举措旨在应对日益复杂的网络攻击手段，防止关键数字身份凭证被非法盗用或篡改。
新规要求所有涉及敏感信息处理的机构建立分层密钥管理体系，采用动态加密技术确保密钥生成、存储及传输过程的安全可控。同时，国家将牵头开发智能监测平台，通过行为分析与异常流量检测，自动识别未授权电子凭证的使用行为，并在毫秒级内启动拦截程序。
行业专家指出，此举将显著提升金融、电商等数字服务领域的安全水位。以电商平台Coupang为例，其用户支付数据与物流信息的保护将直接受益于该套系统的部署。未来该系统还可能扩展至物联网设备认证、区块链数字身份等新兴场景。
