Yuzhou Group (01628) announced its contract sales figures for February 2026, which amounted to RMB362 million. The sales area reached 27,048 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB13,392 per square meter. For the first two months of 2026, the group achieved cumulative sales of RMB892 million and a total sales area of 70,881 square meters. The average selling price for this period was RMB12,591 per square meter.
