China Risun Group Limited has disclosed the repurchase of 500,000 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026, executed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under its general mandate approved at the 29 May 2026 AGM.

The shares were bought at between HK$1.94 and HK$1.96 each, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$1.95 and an aggregate consideration of HK$0.98 million. All repurchased shares have been retained as treasury stock.

Post-transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 4.25 billion from 4.25 billion, a reduction of 0.01176%. Treasury shares increased to 201.51 million, keeping total issued shares unchanged at 4.45 billion.

Since the AGM mandate became effective, China Risun has repurchased 25.94 million shares—about 0.61% of the 4.28 billion shares outstanding at the mandate date—against its authorised limit of up to 427.86 million shares (10% of share capital).

Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 August 2026, unless prior approval is obtained from the Exchange. The board confirms that the latest repurchase complied with all regulatory and internal authorisation requirements.
