MetaLight Slightly Expands Issued Share Base via Option Exercises; Public Float Maintained Above 25%

MetaLight Inc. reported a marginal 0.13% month-on-month increase in its issued share capital for June 2026. The company issued 200,800 new ordinary shares upon exercise of options under its 2015 Pre-IPO Share Incentive Plan, lifting the total outstanding shares to 154.79 million. No treasury shares were held or cancelled during the period.

The option exercises generated USD 0.01 million in cash proceeds. After the transactions, 6.01 million options remain outstanding under the 2015 plan, while 4.73 million options remain under the 2024 plan, bringing total outstanding options across both schemes to 10.74 million.

Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 500 million ordinary shares with an aggregate par value of USD 50,000.

MetaLight confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public float requirement of 25% as at 30 June 2026. No new warrants, convertibles, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other share-issuing arrangements were recorded during the month.
