On April 14, Suqian Zhi Zhou Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. was established, as shown by Tianyancha App. The legal representative is Li Ruiyu, with a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The company's business scope includes enterprise management, enterprise management consulting, and information consulting services. It is wholly owned by Beijing Tianqiang Kuntai Investment Management Co., Ltd., which in turn is jointly held by Liu Qiangdong and Zhang Zetian. Notably, Liu Qiangdong and Zhang Zetian have also recently established Suqian Tianzhi Times Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Suqian Tianqiang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
