天利控股集团有限公司（00117）8月18日发布盈利预告称，根据初步未经审核综合管理账目，预计截至2026年6月30日止六个月录得的股东应占亏损将不超过人民币5.8百万元，同比大幅收窄，上一财年同期亏损为人民币33.8百万元。
公司表示，亏损减少主要受两大业务分部盈利改善带动： 1. 片式多层陶瓷电容器业务转亏为盈，期内录得分部溢利约人民币4.6百万元，而2025年同期为分部亏损约人民币16.9百万元。 2. 资产管理业务表现持续向好，期内录得分部溢利约人民币15.0百万元，较2025年同期的约人民币11.6百万元上升。
公司同时指出，2025年修改的贷款负债产生的企业开支（主要为贷款利息）在一定程度上抵销了上述分部溢利。相关利息开支大部分属于非现金科目，对集团日常运营及现金流无重大影响。
天利控股集团目前仍在最终确定截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩，预计将于2026年8月下旬公布正式中期业绩公告。
