中国光大绿色环保（股票代码：01257）在港交所发布公告，拟在股东周年大会上授予董事于指定期间内按不超过公司已发行股份总数10%的幅度回购股份。基于2026年4月17日的最后可行日期，公司已发行股份约为20.66亿股，如获全面行使，回购数量最高可达约2.07亿股。
公告称，公司可根据开曼群岛公司法及上市规则，使用合法资金在香港联交所进行购回。董事会认为，适时回购有助提升每股净资产或每股盈利水平，符合公司及股东整体利益。公司预计将于2026年5月15日召开股东周年大会，就此次购回计划进行表决。
董事会强调，如获得股东批准，将根据市况及公司财务状况执行购回，并确保不会影响公司的营运资金及资本结构。公司同时提醒股东关注相关股东周年大会时间及手续安排。董事会呼吁股东踊跃投票，以使回购计划顺利落地。
