Shares of NSING TECH (02701) jumped more than 11% during Hong Kong trading hours, hitting HK$8.84 at the time of writing, with trading volume reaching approximately HK$61.46 million, reflecting a notable gain of 11.13% in intraday momentum.

According to an official announcement from the company on September 17, its N32H47x/N32H48x series microcontrollers (MCUs) have officially received the IEC 61508 SIL 2 (SC3) functional safety certificate issued by SGS, a globally recognized testing, inspection, and certification organization. This milestone indicates that this MCU product line has met international standards in the field of functional safety, further strengthening NSING TECH's technological expertise and competitive edge within the industrial safety MCU market.

Of particular note, the accompanying STL software test library for this series had previously been awarded the IEC 61508 SIL 3 (SC3) functional safety certificate by SGS. From the software testing library achieving SIL 3 certification to the MCU hardware component reaching SIL 2 certification, the N32H47x/N32H48x series has successfully secured dual authoritative credentials, combining both software safety components and MCU hardware devices, thereby delivering a more comprehensive and robust functional safety solution for downstream clients.
